Agency is legaly registred and has all necessary approvals from the Croatian Chamber of Commerce for providing consulting services in the field of employment and migration.

From 2016 - 2023 agencys Briff and Addico were competing agencies in the field of work migracion. They operate separetly. 

In June 2023  companys merged into one group and become one of the liders in recruitmentnt field in West Balkan.

Company at te moment has 12 employees, and one main branch, with more then 500 aplicants in last year. 

Untl end of this year  we are planning to finalised opening a branch in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

At Recruitment agency  Briff-Addico, we have more then seven years of experience  working with our partners from bouth sides. 

As an intermediary agency with many partners on both sides, employers and  visa sponsors on one side and intermediary partner agencies on the other, as well as payment to authorities for various taxes and fees for each individual Visa client  during Visa aplication process, our agency work on the principe "half/half" by dividing our commission into two parts, where the first part of payment for our services is after documents are presented from our side and second part is after Visa is obtan by clients.
